You have to apply for these universities through UCAS application portal. You will have to give a English proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL.

It depends on what kind of job you want, nowadays companies don't incline on marks only, but other skills like Interpersonal Communication, Formal Writing, Your knowledge in your interest area and your knowledge in your job preference. Still, if you are looking for big companies like Infosys or TCS, they would check respective marks.

Hi,Once you get admission for B.Tech, then there is no issue with your marks, unless and until your JEE score is up to the mark. Marks won't matter, once you are done with your admission. Make sure your JEE score is fine. All the best.

Yes, you can pursue your BCA from IP University. As you have done maths in your +2 then you are eligible for admission, just make sure that your class 12th percentage is atleast 50% before seeking admission into IP University. Then you can get admission in for BCA.
