There's technically no limit. But, it depends on your school. If you have a valid reason to provide, then everything might be fine.

Of course, you can get an admission in Advanced VFX diploma offered by various institutions & production studios.

Of course, 85% marks are good enough to get St. Francis Degree College and if you don't get into the 1st list because of general category, just wait for 2nd and 3rd as you will definitely get it.

You have plenty of options:
1 Try CA by clearing CPT if you are good at accounts.
2 Do integrated BBA
3 Try CS
4 B.Com with some professional Diploma
5 Any graduation with language course.
6 If you are good at imagination then you can go for designing as well, etc.

CSE is the best course. Try to appear for JEE Mains and score well in it to get this course in a reputed institute. Else you can opt for B.Sc or BCA.

CBSE issues Migration two times. 1st after 10th and another after 12th.

Yes, if you are applying from correspondence, you can easily do it by showing your class 12 mark-sheet.
