As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to join AIIMS, then yes, definitely, you cover all slips of NCERT thoroughly, then you are definitely become a successful candidate to qualify the AIIMS entrance exam. Dear, there is very little time. So, you have to prepare and do very hard work. So, start working as soon as possible to be a successful candidate.

Yes you can. But before doing this first you have to ask to CBSE school, where you want to pursue your study, and if they permit you than obtain the TC from your leaving school and submit the same in CBSE school. Normally there are no such admission restrictions for CBSE schools, but they refuse generally. So, first, obtain the permission from CBSE school.
