This is a crucial period. It is important to follow couple of factors to ensure success.
1. Have a mentor like a parent, teacher to guide you and review your work
2. Have a well discussed plan - proper objective, where you stand now and where you want to be, how long time you have, what are your strengths and weakness subjects
3. Allocate time accordingly for different subjects depending on your skill set and weak areas
4. Take up mock tests and review your work on a daily and weekly basis.
5. Eat well, rest well and do light exercise.

Since you are done with 12th, take up bachelors of hospitality and hotel management - based on your mentioned choice above.
You will have entrance exam, group discussion and interview too for such courses apart from 10+2 marks.

2. Bachelors in Science in combinations of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, physiotherapy etc.
3. Bachelors of Science in computer applications or even computer Science
4. Bachelors in alternate fields like hotel, hospitality, travel and tourism management.

You have following options.

2. Bachelors in Science in combinations of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, physiotherapy etc.
3. Bachelors in computer applications
4. Bachelors in alternate fields like hotel, hospitality, travel and tourism management.

After you complete 10th, you will need to apply for colleges offering 11 and 12th based on your percentage marks and the cut off in the colleges. There are state boards, CBSE, ISC boards you can choose from. Considering the location of college and your home, fees and scholarship, training faculty and quality of education, make the choice of colleges wisely. Once you successfully pass class 11, you will then be promoted to move to class 12.

Firstly, I encourage you to please plan, take guidance, be motivated and pass the 12th. With good passing marks in 12th, it will open doors for varied programs in Bachelors. You can take up subjects based on your skills and interests only so that it will help you give the best. Alternately, you can take up jobs or part time jobs too after 12th.
