Firstly, I encourage you to please plan, take guidance, be motivated and pass the 12th. With good passing in 12th, it will open doors for varied programs in Bachelors. You can take up subjects based on your skills and interests only so that it will help you give the best. Alternately, you can take up jobs or part time jobs too after 12th.

The percentage of marks in 12th definitely will be looked into since you will submit scanned copies of 10, 12 and Bachelors marks cards during placements. Some companies ask for a cut off percentage at 10, 12 and then Bachelors. While others look into your major subjects marks, accomplishments if any in 12th.

Hi,
I strongly encourage you to take up the exam. Don't ever be shameful, in fact be proud and happy that you have taken the interest. It is commendable. Firstly, do not hesitate to take some time to prepare for the exam - warm up to studying since there is indeed a gap, then have a mentor ( family member, teacher, friend) and devise a plan with a timetable for studying subject, allocate time for various subjects based on your difficulty level and interest. Eat well, rest well and be motivated to take up the exam.

As per my knowledge and experience, B.Com course is a good course after class 12 with maths stream. B.Com course is a professional course and you can go for further studies like M.Com and any other professional course, you learn so many things in it. You can go for CS, CA like many other courses. Many good universities and deemed university provide B.Com course. So, I suggest you pursue with B.Com course.

You can choose B.Com which is related to accounting and finance later on you can choose either M.Com or MBA in finance. These are the possible choices and if your are really good in accounting then try considering CA.

Yes, many of the colleges keep minimum 50% as the eligibility criteria but you still have to contact the admission department to know whether they have kept any particular subject's marks higher than your marks as minimum requirement to be eligible for admission.

The information you have given is quite interesting. You have scored quite well in your 10th, your 12th and even in your MBA. But while doing BE, something has happened which made you not score well. Oh. After you have finished MBA now you want to do Masters in mechanical engineering? Is that right? Yes, you can of course do it because you have scored more than 50%. You need to appear for GATE and depending on the marks obtained in GATE you can get an engineering college.
