Making a career event management is possible through good learning and exposure by doing graduation in mass media domain. You can do a degree from Symbiosis or Mudra at Pune. Even Amity gives professional learning. I shall suggest that you keep yourself exposed to event management internships, training if you really want to get into only through graduation. See this thread for the detailed answer.

CID- the Police Department job is not that directly related to the percentage you scored in class 12th or even graduation. Remember that there are competitive exams now and the selection tests, both physical tests as well as exams decide whether one will be able to get that job or not. To join CID, which is a wing of the Police, you need to be aware of the openings where these are declared and apply accordingly.

Biology at 10+2 stage is not compulsory for an undergraduate degree in Psychology. The basic eligibility for admission to BA Psychology programme is a pass in intermediate or 10+2 examination from a recognised board or university. However, some colleges may require prospective students to have studied psychology as a subject at the intermediate level.
