Engineering in computer Science or information Science or Bachelor of Science in IT and computer Science can help you land a good job offer as there are plenty of opportunities in this field. It is vast and trending like always. If you are more inclined towards medical line, then perhaps a Bachelors in physiotherapy could be a good choice. You may do Bachelors of Science alternately in specializations like physics, botany, zoology, biotechnology, food technology etc.

Depending on your interest and skill sets and based on your course of study in class 11th and class 12th, choose the subjects and specialization in degree programs. You can spend time talking to yourself and trusted mentors and elders. For instance, Sciences: Engineering, medicine, Bachelor of Science in various specializations etc. Arts: languages, psychology, media and journalism, history and geography etc. Commerce: Accounting, investment banking, considering qualifications like ICWA and CA.
Hotel management, hospitality management, BBA BBM, BCA etc. Are other viable options too.

I would suggest you to work on the soft skills side of your personality. It comes very handy for your professional life and as well as transition to professional life. There are a host of online free resources for Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Team building, Confidence building and positive thinking. Research and most importantly practice it. Keep a record of how well you have improved. Alternately, take up personal projects and hobbies.
