NMIT is the best college for aeronautical engineering in Bangalore. Even I am pursuing my aeronautical engineering in this college. You are supposed to write the entrance exam and score good result to get admission in this college.

During the admission process, students whose results are yet to come gets "Provisional Admission" and can submit your mark sheet, as and when you get it. But, it is mandatory to submit your board result to show you fulfill the eligibility criteria. VITEE exam is not so tough as compared to JEE. So, you may crack it with the same preparation of class 12th.
And the beneficial point will be that there is no negative marking so you may attempt the questions too when you are not pretty sure.

Yes, after that you are eligible for that, but you need to pass all subjects in class 12th. After that, you will be able to give the exams and you need to score around 55% marks.
