Hi Preeti, You can surely pursue your PG from distance/correspondence. Kindly mention the course name for better understanding. Refer to DU and IGNOU as they are highly recognised Distance education Universities in India.

Since you clear that you want a government job. You need to decide what jobs you want is it at a class IV level, clerical level or as an officer level. Keeping this in mind you will have to plan your education. For class IV level you are already qualified enough and can get in a job as a peon, office help, assistant. For entry as a clerk you will have to complete graduation in any discipline and then appear for the government entrance exam. The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. Since you are a Science student you have the option of exploring career in Pure sciences, applied sciences, Arts, commerce, media, management, performing arts, liberal arts, medicine, etc. , Many of these course will require you to appear for an entrance test, so you need to explore it accordingly. A person usually does well on the career front if he/she joins a course, which is aligned to one's interest areas & passion.

It is based on CMAT score. CDAC, SCIT are the colleges which provide MBA IT and both of them conduct their own exams. For SCIT, you need to give SNAP and CDAC has its own exam.

Age is not a factor to pursue Higher Education. You can try IGNOU to pursue the course through correspondence, if you are unable to attend regular classes.
