There's a lot of considerations like category of the student, like whether a student is Other backward caste (OBC), Scheduled caste (SC) or Scheduled tribe (ST) or Unreserved. with each having some relaxations in Percentage criterias.
Also, There's many Entrance exams through which Patliputra University takes in students.
If you can come in merit list of any of those General Entrance Exams such as CAT, or even the direct University's own entrance Test, and satisfy the 45+% criteria in Undergrad.
Then you are most likely good to go and can get into Patliputra University.

Karnavati University, Ahmedabad offers the under graduate BSc course under its two schools USCI (Unitedworld School of Computational Intelligence Data Science) and USLM (Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts and Mass Communication).
