Medical College, Kolkata (MCK) admits students with a 70% class 12th score, but this is not a guarantee of admission. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission is a 50% score in physics, chemistry, and biology, along with a valid NEET-UG score. However, the actual cut-off scores for admission are usually higher. No, it is a not possible to get admission in B.tech with class 12th marks. You have to must give Jee main and Jee advance. If you want to get oriental university then you must score more than 75% in JEE main. Without JEE Mains you cannot get oriental university for graduation.

It depends on the course you are applying to. If you applying for and non engineering course then you can get most of them.
But for engineering the eligibility criteria is given below:
- Minimum 50% in class 12th or equivalent.
- Math, physics, Chemistry and English must be your main subjects in class 12th.
- B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering is typically around 75% in the JEE Main exam, for ECE it is around 70% of JEE mains, similarly it declined for other branches.
- You can apply on the basis of CUET score also.

CSE Mohali is valid all over India.
So without any further information from your side we can't provide you any help like which stream you were in or how much marks you got. So I would suggest you to first get in touch with those universities which you aim to be a part of and get in contact with them whether the student with 12th degree from Mohali board is eligible for admission or not.

Candidates should be above 18 and below 20 years of age, as on 15th August, of the year of joining the Programme.
Clear pass in Class XII as on 1st July, of the year of joining, from a Board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.
The programmes requires a Class X English score of 70% or above. The equivalent in CBSE is a B2 Grade or a 7 Grade Point or above.
