No Maths is not required. B.Sc. Biology Syllabus is designed to impart knowledge pertaining to ecology, biodiversity, botany and genetics and can be pursued by students who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised board with Physics Chemistry and Biology/Zoology/Botany as mandatory subjects.

Admission to all programs offered by Sastra University are strictly based on merit. The university has 1500 plus seats. Admission to B.Tech/5 year integrated M.Tech programs are conducted under 2 streams. Stream 1 (based on JEE Mains score and 12th Marks) for 70 percent of seats. NO it is impossible to get seat in amritha university they wont even allow you to border of the campus with this rank and with board marks you can't do anything that too 82% is not that good percent and no one cares about your 10th result the only chance is jeemains if you didn't get it try for another college

The minimum percentage required in Class 10 and Class 12 for admission to P P Savani University for B.Sc (Hons.) in Biotechnology is 45%. The candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology in Class 12. The selection criteria is merit-based. After the selection process gets completed, P P Savani University releases various merit lists for the selected candidates.
