No, sorry to say but you can't get admission at BITS. As, it is clearly mentioned in their official website FAQ's that you should have 75% or more percentage in PCM or PCB aggregate subject in your class 12th.

Well, 80%. If we talk about B.Com the cut-offs are on the higher side and if you're not from Chandigarh, it's quite difficult to get admission to B.Com.

From CBSE side there is no scholarships I guess but if your State government gives you scholarship then it's good and you could check such things on your state government website.

No, if you are of non medical stream then appear for JEE Mains exam and if of medical stream then give NEET exam and score well in above exams to get your desired college.
