No, if you are of non medical stream then appear for JEE Mains exam and if of medical stream then give NEET exam and score well in above exams to get your desired college.

Not so difficult if you're want to do B.Com it is same like a 12 exam only subjects are changed here But the approach is same. There is no need of background subjects in B.Com you can fresh start from first year each and every subjects are started from beginning like'from journal entries to final account' so don't think that it is tough for you. It's all about to your efforts which you pay for your studies
