BIPC students can pursue:
1. B.Sc in zoology, botany or geology.
2. B.Pharmacy.
3. MBBS.
4. Veterinary.
5. Physiotherapy.
6. D.Pharmacy, etc.
You can also appear for government exams like bank clerical, NDA, RRB, etc. You can take a psychometric test to know your aptitude and skills, you can identify your career plans and choose a suitable course.

The best course for you will depend on your interest and future plans. Engineering is supposedly one of the best option, but you must also check if you would be interested to pursue a career in engineering. If you have creative skills, you can choose architecture.
Some courses after class 12th PCM includes:
1. BE/ B.Tech.
2. B.Sc in physics, chemistry or mathematics.
3. BCA.
4. B.Sc IT.
5. B.Arch.
6. Defence.
7. Commercial pilot training, etc.

86% is a good score for top Canadian Universities. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. A score of 6 with no part less than 5.5 is typically required, but you can check the university websites for further requirements. They will also check your statement of purpose and letter of recommendation.

Since, it's been a long time, but you can pursue any course like management, hotel management, interior designing, journalism, event management and advertising. The most important thing relies on your interest, where you want to make your career and according to that you can choose the course.
