Sorry bro but you can not join the B.Com course because you did not pass the 12th class but you can pass the 12th class form open learning and then you can apply for the UG course and please when you do 12th form open learning you should take the commerce stream or the Science stream for taking the B.Com course.

The admission in vit is not based on your 12th CBSE percentage it's based on the entrance exam taken by the VIT which is VITEEE. You have to fill the application form from vit official website.

Yes you can, but still it's also depends which university is that, some university required the highest qualification and some are okay with 12th.

Students who have passed 12th grade from any recognized board are eligible to apply for UG course admission.
The eligibility criteria for undergraduate and postgraduate courses require a minimum score of 50%, on top of passing an entrance examination in some cases, but not all of them are required. You can take direct admission in this University if you've scored minimum 50% in you class 12th by filling out the University's application form before the deadline.
The application form for Vikram University starts on 21 July 2023 (Tentative).

Those who want to pursue nursing courses after 12th commerce, arts and Science can easily opt for GNM nursing courses. The course duration is 3.5 years in which the students have to complete a 6 months internship in the last 6 months of the course. Even after finishing class 12 with Arts or Commerce streams, aspirants can pursue a rewarding profession in nursing. You can surely apply in this college for BCA admission. There are no any special subject criteria to take admission in this course. Every stream students can apply for BCA. It is a three year degree course.
