You must have 50 % in your result to take admission in B.A. In IGNOU as commerce is taken above than arts so 50 % is minimum percentage, that you must have, and this marks must be under a recognised board.

First of all Maths is not compulsory for pursuing B.Com course in DU. It is compulsory for B.Com (Hons) not for B.Com. There are many colleges which provide the course of B.Com in DU. I am mentioning the name of some colleges below-
North campus:-

Marksheet shows detailed passing marks for each subject taken in 12th. Where as passing Certificate shows only the failed or pass status with division only, which is not sufficient according to the specified eligibility criteria of college concerned. Jai hind college has not uploaded there recent cut off, so it's difficult to say that, you will get admission or not, but on the basis of previous year they have high score in there cut off, that's why you may not get admission there, it may be also possible le to you to get admission there, if you are from any reserved, for knowing that you have to visit a college once.
