Yes, the UPES School of Law refunds the fees of BA LLB if any student cancels his or her admission. But the college follows a refund policy as per UGC guidelines. According to UGC guidelines, the fees are refundable only till the given timeline. If the cancellation is done after the timeline, the fees will not be refunded.

- Visit the official portal to apply for the course you want to purse.
- There is an option of 'Programmes' where all the courses are listed.
- Click on that and then select 'BA LLB' from the list.
- Click on 'Apply', the application form will open. Enter your basic credentials in the new user section to get login details.
- Login again with the given id and password.
- Fill the form with the required details.

The eligibility of getting admission in BA LLB at XIM University is Class 12 pass (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 60% marks in aggregate, from a recognised Board. Class 12 students, who are expecting their results, can also apply.
