As you have finished your 12th with commerce field, and you want to be a corporate lawyer, so you can do LL.B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B.Com LL.B. Etc. , to achieve your goal, and to take admission in them to have to clear entrance exams like CLAT ISAT, AILET etc.

You need to clear CA exams to give CPA papers, or you need a graduation or equivalent degree to give that exam. The process of giving CPA exam is almost same in all countries, to become a CPA the candidate must first pass the eligibility criteria, and myst pass 1 and 2 levels examination. You can't give this exam after your class 12th papers, you need to study more.

Yes, you can take admission in MSU broda in B.Com but their main preference is commerce students, but you can take admission in that because all streams are allowed to do B.Com course.
