Yes, you can get through. But you have to clear the exam no matter what. And if you fail to do so, there are chances of expulsion from the college.

Many schools do offer psychology along with the Science stream. Psychology as a subject becomes compulsory for admission in honors course of the same, specially in Universities such as DU. If psychology as an optional subject has not been taken, the user is advised to prepare for entrances to the same course for colleges which do not mandate the subject for higher education. For eg Ashoka University.

You can take economics with Maths. It depends on your 12th board. But most of the boards have economics with math option.

The eligibility criteria for NEET is provided below:
The candidate is required to pass the 10+2 examinations & must have English as one of the subject followed by Physics. Chemistry & Biology. To be eligible for NEET the student need to secure the undermentioned marks in aggregate for PCB:
your - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
So without English you aren't eligible for the NEET.

Please tell me the area of interest you have. Common University Entrance Test CUET can be the first priority if wants to do the undergraduate courses like B.A. B.Sc. B.Com BBA etc. from reputed colleges. Otherwise, participate in upcoming JEE Main April session exam if interested in B.Tech courses. It is remember here that CUET is the mandatory requirement for admission in UG courses in Indian Universities from this year.
