Hi !
Making a career in Psychology after pursuing Science in 12th is a great choice. After completing 12th class, you should aim for a good University that has great ranking. If you want to become a psychologist you have to opt for psychology as your main subject. Find out best colleges for psychology programme and figure out how to get admission there. You can either get directly admission or you'd be required to give an entrance test depending on where you are applying to. After completing Bachelor's, you can go for master's and specialise in any one field of psychology.

Hi
For PG Business Courses, a relevant bachelor's degree is required with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. Some top Business courses that students can pursue after 12th are Diploma in Business Administration, BBA MBA, etc. The admissions in these courses are either entrance or merit based. BBA or Bachelor of Business Administration is a popular choice for professional courses after 12th commerce. It is a three-year undergraduate programme that helps you gain knowledge about business principles and business administration.

I feel that you should read the domicile rules of Delhi or Rajasthan for that matter. Your domicile will not change merely if you do your 12th from a particular state. It depends on lots of other criteria. Your domicile is going to remain that of HR irrespective of wherever you do in 12th. It does not matter. What matters is that you should study well to understand subjects and score well in JEE Mains examination. Best wishes to you.
