The only way to do so is hard work and perseverance.
90%, it's not a hard job. Many people beleive it an easy task. But still remember that your parents work day and night for you, sweat for your bright future. They do so much for you then what is 90% go for more higher results and try to cover the maximum syllabus and remember do not postpone your work.

Yes, you can go ahead with the management stream I. e. you can choose BBA programme. A person could go for B.Sc course if they want to join administrative services after class 12th.

Both B.Sc and BA Graduates can apply for government jobs but choosing BA would help in grasping the knowledge of topics and things that can be asked in civil exams. So from a civil exams point of view, BA is more recommendable than B.Sc.

After completing class 12th in Science, I would suggest you go for B.Sc. or B.Tech, because after completing this course. Yes, you are eligible to give AFCAT CDS level exam through which you can join the Indian Armed Forces.

You have plenty of options after passing the 12th grade to join the medical field. You can choose from the following careers based on your skills and preferences:
1. Doctor: To become a doctor, you will have to appear in the NEET UG exam and score well enough to be allotted a good MBBS college. After completing your MBBS you can study further to become a physician, surgeon, or any other type of specialist.
2. Dentist: To become a dentist, you will have to appear in the NEET UG to get into a good BDS college. You can get expertise in the dental department later on.

After 12th you can think about taking admission in Jain University. It is a renowned institute which provides this courses. And you can also SEE for online courses. Normally the duration for these kind of courses are 6- 12 months.
