Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for LPU
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
Yes you can pursue B.Com just you need to give some extra efforts for accounting papers. I am sure you can do it with just a little harder effort.

After 12 the competitive exam for defense is
NDA
Graduation for CDS
AFCAT
SSC GD
and many competitive exam is available before apllying check ceritia like NDA is defense competitive exam but there is age limit 16 to 19 age between student apply for NDA so
Check ceritia and eligibility for defence exam and after apply
For direct entry in army if you Science stream and get good score in JEE MAIN
Tech entry.

You are completely eligible to do Sanskrit honours even without having Sanskrit as a subject in your 10+2
What is the B.A. Sanskrit Eligibility Criteria? Students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board. Candidates must have scored an aggregate of at least 50% marks in Class 12 exams. Getting good marks in 10+2 or intermediate examination is the prime requirement for admission.

Please write about the college and course name for better response. However, scholarship depends upon the course you are opting for further studies. But generally, Private Universities are giving scholarship to students scored above 90% in 12th during the B.Tech admissions.

It's good that you are in 12th now and you want to do job soon, If you do not want to do B.Tech then you can also do Diploma which is of 3 years and you will get admission in direct second year. Or you can also Apply for government job which is on 12th base.
