You can choose course as per your interest area. Whatever course you will choose, I would advise you to choose best University on the basis of University ranking, placements, infrastructure, faculty members etc. There are various factors that will go into making an institute the Best for you. Academics is clearly a priority, but there are also other aspects such as facilities for research, affordability, placement opportunities, and so on. Below are some of the best Private Universities:-
BITS Pilani, ICT Mumbai, Mumbai. VIT Vellore, Vellore. Geeta University, Panipat
Amity University
Shoolini University
SRM
VIT.

You can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel administration or B.Sc. In food Science or microbiology Degree but for a core Biology subject, you were needed to opt for Biology in class 12th only then you can do B.Sc. Specialisation In Zoology or botany etc. Even I opted Biology and Biotechnology in 12th that is how I was able to do both.

Yes, you can apply for hospital management it's good that you have a Bachelor degree in English but it doesn't matter that what you have in your 11th or 12th background you just have to be good at English which is the most mandatory language for the hospital management and you should have 45% in your Bachelors degree so that you can easily get admission in any college of your choice.
