Being alumni of LPU I can share the admission process at LPU for BSc. in Agriculture.
LPU is the first private university that got approval by ICAR.
(i). The school of Agriculture was approved for accreditation for a period of five years with GPAC of 3.42
(ii) The following degree programs were approved for accreditations for a period of five yearsB.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture with GPAP of 3.72M.Sc. Agriculture {Horticulture (Fruit Science)} with GPAP of 3.75M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy) with GPAP of 3.60
M.Sc. Agriculture (Genetics and Plant Breeding) with GPAP of 3.60
Let me share the eligibility criteria for admission in B.Sc. Agriculture programme
Eligibility Criteria:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) OR 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) OR 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.

If I talk about the LPU, LPU conducts the LPU NEST exam for various programmes and in a few programmes you may directly get admission in LPU based on your marks in the 12th class.
