Yes, you can. The basic eligibility for appearing in an entrance exam for admissions to engineering graduation colleges is passing 12th exam or appearing in this examination. Then there are some further eligibility conditions that are different for different categories of institutions. All this information you can Google and find out. It could be given here also but unfortunately you have not given any indication as to which entrance exam query is about.

NIOS conducts On Demand Examination (ODE) that NIOS Student can walk into the examination center as and when he/she feel ready for the examination. This allows the Student to get assessed when he/ she is ready. Readiness depends on the Student and not on the institution. The degree and level of performance is decided by the Student who can reappear in the examination as many times as one wants, till satisfied.
