If you belong to general category then it will be difficult to get into Delhi University with that much of percentage. If you are in any reserved category then there might be some chances. Search on DU portal the previous year cutoff of this course to get actual idea of which college you can get with that much of percentage.

Hi, As per the new norms of the institute, now you may not get admission without JEE Mains as there are counsellings happening on basis of that only.

However , for M.Sc 5 year integrated courses , the admissions are not merely based on the cut-off marks scored in your 12th exams. The department usually conducts an interview to select the candidates. Though your 12th marks are given some weight-age (usually,less), importance is given to your understanding of concepts.
