Hi Sandeep,
If you are getting a good college which has awesome placement record and provides numerous opportunities then it's better not to take drop and start the course. But if you ain't able to get a good college then I suggest you to go for drop and prepare well for next exam.

Sorry that you failed but you need to give 12th exam again after 1 year so minimum 1 year you have to give for passing 12th.

NCERT syllabus for all the courses, it's for medical students who want to take admission in MBBS and related courses such as pharmacy and all. However, CUCET doesn't really depend on NCERT alone. Life sciences for example, a few more books will be required apart form NCERT biology. Also, the exam pattern is different as well. Thank you.

Go through websites, see portals, explore various courses being offered various colleges and also check the admission process. You will get to know a lot. Choose wisely and join. There are distance courses also available, this way you can also join a coaching institute for preparation of competitive exams for jobs and all.

Mostly above 70% is the criteria in several institutes. You should write the entrances exams for various such colleges or universities, you find this eligibility criteria fulfilled.
