Yes you may. But at the end it all depends on how well your admission test goes and also how well your interview goes. Marks do carry some weightage but you need ot perform in other criteria.

Minimum 50% marks in class 12th (Intermediate) or 10+2 Examination. Therefore, if you have secured minimum 50% marks, you can pursue BBA.

Students who have scored at least 50% in class 12th with mathematics as compulsory subject will be considered eligible to appear in the architecture entrance exams. Yes, you can pursue architecture after class 12th commerce.
