As per the rules, you are not eligible to apply for the engineering course. To take admission, you must have maths and Science in your class 11th and class 12th.

You have not mentioned about the stream in which you are completing your class 12th. However, if you are from PCM group, then there are several Engineering entrance exams conducted for scholarship. The few of them are VITEEE SRMJEE, LPU NEST CUSAT for Chandigarh University etc. These Universities provides scholarship on the basis of marks you obtained in their entrance exam. Further, NITs and IITs are also offered special scholarship to meritorious candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBCs.

Minimum percentage required to get into this college is 60 percentage. And, there is obviously no barrier to the maximum percentage other than 100.

Your class 12th score is low, as they generally require at least 60 percent in the boards and you have a lot less so not sure about passing the criteria.
