Yes, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, or CDLU, is a good MBA school. 
Most ranking surveys do not appear to place the university very highly for its MBA programs. Nonetheless, a few of its associated universities receive respectable state rankings.

Maharaja Agrasen College accepts marks  from the NTA conducted -Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission in  all undergraduate programs, including the BSc too.
