Yes, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, or CDLU, is a good MBA school. 
Most ranking surveys do not appear to place the university very highly for its MBA programs. Nonetheless, a few of its associated universities receive respectable state rankings.

The entire cost of the three-year Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons.) programme at Dyal Singh College is INR 49,510, whereas the three-year BA (Hons.)

Political Science programme at Maharaja Agrasen College is INR 540.

So the answer is no, Maharaja Agrasen College is not more expensive than Dyal Singh College. Both colleges have comparable tuition fees, making them reasonably affordable options in Delhi.

According to 2023  ranking, Maharaja Agrasen Collage  in Delhi University
