CDS Admit Card

If you find any discrepancy in your name or any other details mentioned on your CDS (Combined Defence Services) admit card, you should immediately contact the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) and inform them about the error. You can contact the UPSC helpline numbers or email ID mentioned on their website to inform them about the error. Make sure to provide your correct name and other details along with your registration ID and other relevant information. The UPSC will guide you on the process to correct the error in your name or other details mentioned on the admit card. You may be required to provide some documents as proof of your correct name or other details. It is important to get the error corrected before the exam day to avoid any confusion or issues at the exam center. Therefore, it is advisable to contact the UPSC as soon as you notice any error on your CDS admit card.

If you are unable to download your CDS (Combined Defence Services) admit card, you should try the following steps:

• Check the internet connection: Make sure that you have a stable and fast internet connection to download the admit card.
• Check the details entered: Ensure that you have entered the correct registration ID and password while logging in to your account on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
• Clear your browser cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies and try downloading the admit card again.
• Try a different browser: If you are still unable to download the admit card, try using a different browser to access the UPSC website.
• Contact the UPSC: If you are still unable to download the admit card, you can contact the UPSC through their helpline numbers or email ID mentioned on their website.
• Provide your registration ID and other details to get assistance. It is important to resolve the issue and download the admit card well before the exam day to avoid any last-minute issues or confusion.

The CDS admit card is released online by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). To download the CDS admit card for the upcoming exam the candidates have to follow the steps given below:

a) Go to the official website

 b) Click on the UPSC CDS admit card link

c) Login into the registered account

d) Click on the submit button

e) The CDS admit card will appear on the screen

f) Download the CDS admit card and save it for later use

The CDS admit card comprises details like name of the examination, conducting authority, candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, exam date, shift timing, date of birth, and more. The candidates are advised to check every details in the admit card carefully before downloading it. If the candidates find any discrepancy in the admit card, report the discrepancy to the UPSC as soon as possible. 

The CDS 2 admit card was released on August 10, 2023 by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The candidates can download the CDS 2 admit card till September 3, 2023, by using the registration number or roll number on the candidates' login page. The CDS 2 admit comprises details like name of the exam conducting authority, the candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, applicant's roll number, exam centre address, shift timing, covid 19, guidelines, dress code, etc. The candidates are advised to report at the exam centre 1 hour before the gate closing time to avoid any mishap.

The UPSC also instructs the candidates to carry three identical passport size photo of the candidate one for each shift.  Other than this, the candidates have to take two photo identity proof along with the CDS admit card at the exam centre.
