My time in college was excellent. The professors are sympathetic and helpful. They have excellent teaching abilities and are quite upbeat. Excellent management is present.

It is one of 20 new Central Universities created by the Indian government during the UGC XI Plan period to address issues of "equity and access" and to improve access to high-quality higher education for residents of less educationally developed districts with graduate enrollment ratios below the national average of 11%.
