No, a gap certificate isn't required to fill out the NEET application form itself. The requirement for a gap certificate comes during the counselling stage, that too, if you have taken a break in your studies after passing class 12.
You can proceed with filling out the NEET application form without the gap certificate. However, it's a good idea to be prepared and get the certificate in advance in case it's needed during counselling.

You need to submit the OBC NLC certificate during the online registration. The same will be verified during the admission.
The college will provide correction facility if caste entered wrongly. In your case you entered OBC instead of OBC NCL. So it's depends upon the college whether accepting your OBC NCL certificate or not.

Applicants for the certificate courses may do so if they fulfil the eligibility requirements. Applications can be submitted online. Thus, candidates may submit their applications by going to the official IIFT Delhi website (iift.ac.in). In order to properly submit their application, candidates must also pay the application cost by the deadline. Students who sent in their applications on time are also invited by the institute to the interview stage. The final decision is made in light of the performance during the interview phase.
