I get pass Certificate in isc2020 and my overall percentage is 65%, in pcm 49% but failed in math. Can I admit in B.Tech any Eng. College?

No, If you have failed in Mathematics, no university can offer you admission into B.Tech.

I think you have to show the Central OBC Certificate Because They check your OBC caste comes under the central list or not at the time of counselling. So It's better to have The Central OBC Certificate.
