Hi Ashalatha, as you are concerned about your migration Certificate from Dr. CV Raman University, Bilaspur. I'll guide you for the same. You have to just type on Google - "Migration Certificate CV Raman University" on the very first or second website, you'll find a link of pdf of the migration Certificate form. Just download that form and print it out and fill up that form and submit it to the college. After submitting your form, the college will verify your details and will provide you with your migration Certificate.
