You can go ahead with one year Diploma Course in Banking and Finance can be done as a course or certification and it will be very valuable along with B.Com to go in RBI or Management Consulting.

Hi Nimmy basically admission in B.Com in St. Pauls College Kalamaserry doesn't require any Certificate and also you want admission for community and management quota so need of Certificate are not necessary.
