Hi,
You can change your category from EWS to general during counseling, not an issue, but if you can get EWS certificate by that time of the counseling you will have an advantage.

You need to have HSC (+2) and Graduation to pursue an M.Com Two Years Duration Course. Without the HSC Certificate, you will be ineligible to apply.
