It is required at the time of admission.

Age doesn't matter in case of pursing a certification.

The duration of Government Polytechnic for it's Certificate in CNC Programming and Operation course is 6 weeks.

It is not required, if you have a really good score backing you or else you can use the certificate, as it helps you getting relaxation on the eligibility criteria for admission.

No not at all. Since the migration certificate allows you to change your school and gives permission to take admission in other colleges. It is issued by the board in which you are currently studying or enrolled. When Your 12 board results release and your marksheet and certificate have came in a hard copy to your school you will Able to collect it from their only. Three documents are given to you certificate of 12, marksheet of 12 and migration certificate. Migration certificate is submitted in other college in which you are going to take admission.
