Hi Dheeraj!. B.Tech in computer Science is not equivalent to O level certificate. It is a foundation course in computer application, which is basically for the entry level computer operator. In order to apply for RO/ ARO vacancies, all the candidates should possess the following educational qualification: 1. The candidates should have a Bachelors Degree from any recognised university or equivalent qualification up to the Last date for receipt of application. 2. Candidate must have O Level or Its Equivalent Certificate (Subject to Government Decision). 3. Candidate must have Hindi Typing Speed of 25 WPM.

Extracurricular are anything that you love to do. From your bio I could see you love to dance and play badminton. In the interview you can speak about that. Apart from that you can start writing in Quora, read novels, learn new languages, paint, cook, learn a new game, etc. Basically if you are passionate about something, do it. In the interview the interviewers are looking for passionate dedicated people. Show your enthusiasm and ace it.

Dear Parul,
Absolutely, you can do MBA from any university where you want, with no hassle!. You can easily take transition from one university to other for post-graduation without the requirement of migration certificate. However, in general, if you are willing to take admission in an MBA college which is outside your residential state than they might ask you to submit that migration certificate. However, it varies from university to university so better you can directly ask to the councilor of your desired college.
