To get certificate for any course you need to have cleared all the courses from the previous semesters. Failing to clear any subjects will hold your certificate. I kindly request you to start preparing in the papers you have failed in order to score and recieve the certificate. Colleges may hold the degree until one point of time and later you will have to end up writings all the subjects. Kindly prepare for the exams and get your degree certificate.

PGDM from a recognized college will be accepted, your institution must be recognized by UGC. The college in Canada may further require credential evaluation. You may also look for PGDM in Canada.
