SGTB Khalsa College, New Delhi has been granted minority institution status. 50 % of the seats in all streams are reserved for Sikh candidates. SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi offers certificate courses in 7 foreign languages and diploma in 2 languages with certification from University of Delhi. It's good that you are clear on pursuing a career in interior designing thus post B.Com you should do a certification course in interior designing & sharpen your skills by practising on the software that is being used by the interior designers.
