You need to mention the name of the course for which you need to know about the certificate courses.

This will be decided by the university, generally waivers are not given by Canadian universities but if your overall profile is good they may or at max can offer you a bridge course in English. I will really advise you to check with the universities directly.
Email them your scores and keep following up.
