You need to have a caste certificate and Local Resident Certificate during the time of counselling.
Documents required at the time of Counselling:
Class 10th and Class 12th equivalent Mark sheet and Passing Certificate (Original/Provisional)
Local Resident Certificate
Caste Certificate
JEECE 2018 Admit card
1 passport size photograph

Dear Muskan, It is not necessary to have a certificate or diploma, HOWEVER, it is always recommended to get formally trained by pursuing such course programs in Radio Jockeying, Anchoring, News Presentation and Mass Communication. Recruiters prefer to shortlist candidates having some sort of certification in related field.
