No need of income certificate, if you are not availing any kind of scholarship. If you are applying for scholarship, then only you have to provide income certificate. Hope this clears your idea.

The AFCEH program is designed for experienced computer security specialists as well as for beginners in the field. Ideally, it is recommended that participants should have basic prior knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) concepts and programming before joining AFCEH. However, that is not an absolute requirement. Most of the time admission staff doesn't accept this certificate in which the name is mismatch or don't have full name. To get yourself on a safer side, correct your certificate as soon as possible. The certificate is being to be the latest. Hope this information helps you out.

You can get this information from computer center or computer department under UIET sector-25.
