Finding a job as a financial planner likely won't be any easier or harder once you pass the exam. Remember that you will need three years of experience to satisfy the experience requirement before you can use the CFP Certification marks. Nevertheless, passing the exam will demonstrate your competency level in understanding the essential topics involved in financial planning.
You will likely improve your job prospects by also working on your interpersonal communication skills, personal organisation, and overall industry knowledge.

If you have decided, which stream of finance you're willing to pursue, then courses like CRAM, FRM or FM are worth. Whereas, MBA in finance will provide you many opportunities.
All the best.
