Chitkara University is far better than Chandigarh University in terms of academics, crowd, and placements. Chitkara University is for the one who are serious about their life. So, I would recommend you to join Chitkara University.

To continue your course in another college, you need approval from both the colleges and the university. There is a lengthy procedure for it. Things would be easy if your conduct and marks at the present institution was great. Contact both the colleges to understand the steps involved. They may require you to provide documents and other important things, so be prepared. And the most important things is that both your present course and future course should be same and recognized by the UGC or approved by relevant authorities.

Hi Pooja!
You are qualifying on the University criteria (i.e., your. aggregate marks should be more than 50 or 60%). Surely you will get admission even after reappearing 1 subject. Assuming you are having valid score in entrance exam.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
