For admission to two-year MCA course at Chandigarh University, there is a minimum eligibility that needs to be fulfilled at the time of admission. As per the university's official website, those who are willing to get admission to MCA course at CU must pass graduation either in BCA or any equivalent UG degree in the respective subjects from a recognised university. If students get a UG degree in other streams such as BA/ BCom or BSc, they must have studied Mathematics as one of their main subjects. No, Chandigarh University admissions are only managed through the CUCET entrance exams for all its UG and PG courses. The only gateway for admission to BCA course to Chandigarh University is qualifying for CUCET exam. The university does not offer direct admission or accept any other entrance exam for BCA.
