Yes, you are eligible for master course in botany. Like M.Sc. In botany eligibility is Bachelors Degree in Sciences with subjects Botany, Zoology and Chemistry or other subjects in the faculty of Life Sciences/Biological sciences with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST students).

To excel CSIR Chemistry I would suggest you following strategy. Make a habit of using pen so that you can the things writing them. Go for a reference book and read it thoroughly. Solve a number of CSIR NET question papers to check the conceptual clarity. Now go for the topics you find easy to understand. This will help you gain confidence. Keep on revising whatever you study on daily basis. Once you are done with a concept, solve the relevant problems, it is important. This is the basic to prepare the fundamentals.
